When participating in any exercise or exercise programme, there is the possibility of sustaining a physical injury. Under normal circumstances I would recommend that you consult your GP regarding the suitability of undertaking an exercise programme, however, I appreciate that, at the moment, this might be somewhat difficult. In any event, please read and check the box before signing up for class. Your physical and emotional wellbeing is very important to me so during this time when you are participating in my live streamed classes at home (with no teacher available to you in the room) please agree to the following: • You will avoid pushing beyond your limits in each given class. When we practise outside the Hot 26&2, it takes longer to warm up and if you push yourself as deep as you are used to in the hot room you could be more prone to injury. • Do not practise if you are unwell. • If you are pregnant or have been in the last six months, please only join class if you are an experienced Hot 26&2 practitioner and have been cleared by your GP. • If you engage in this exercise programme, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risk of injury to yourself.
